2 days after being welcomed back into the peaceful quietness of home my mind is finally beginning to slow down from the hectic crazy environment Taiwan so graciously offered. Trading in the bustling city full of street vendors, motos and so many people for country roads and empty space has been a wonderful thing. I seriously can't believe how quickly the past two months have gone. It is usually so easy to look back on outreaches with the "should've, would've, could've" mentality; but as I sit here reflecting on how God moved and worked through/in us I am filled with a joy that easily outweighs any thoughts of what I wish I would've done differently.
There really is no way to use words to fully describe how God moved, but be assured that he did. It was an incredible privilege to partner with long term missionaries and YWAM there and get to be the smallest part of the huge work that God is doing within Taiwan. Over our two months there we were privileged to lead 20 people to Christ. Through kids camps and school camps we got to spend time with and share the gospel with approximately 900 kids. We also got to help start relationships between YWAM Taipei and 3 different churches that they have been trying to start partnerships with. The team was incredible, each and every student daily chose what God had for them and continually excelled in ministry. They all grew so much and it was so cool to see them all begin to understand what a lifestyle of ministry with Jesus can look like.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to experience life in yet another country as I got to learn more about myself, life, God and his plans for me.
Thankyou all for your prayers and support over the past two months. It really does mean so much to know that I have so many people back home and all over that are supportive of what I'm doing.
