"God please water the seeds we have planted and please continue to do a work within those we have poured into"
This prayer has become a very common one to me over these past 2 and a half weeks here in Daduldura. We have had the opportunity to share and spread the name of Jesus with hundreds through evangelism, open airs and kids programs. Despite not seeing the responses we have prayed for I know with all my heart that God is moving and I feel extremely privileged that we have gotten to plant seeds in so many.
One highlight from this time here has been the time I've got to spend with a young man named Becus. I met him one day when I bought a Samosa from his shop and he quickly showed a interest in meeting with me regularly to improve his English skills. Since this first encounter we have met almost daily and we have not only spoke lots of English, but he has also taught me lots of basic Nepali. The best part though is that I've gotten to bring Jesus into multiple conversations that we have had. As our time here comes to a end I pray that God will continue to work in his life and that my time with him has brought him closer to God.
As the time comes this weekend to travel to our second location Pokhara, I realize how much I have enjoyed our 3 weeks here. I'm going to miss the continually awestrucking view that we daily drink in and all the amazing people here that we have had the privilege to get to know.
Your prayers are so greatly appreciated,
Thankyou!!
